Please read the Reservation Policy carefully before making reservation or purchase our tours, so as to understand the rights and responsibilities of both parties. By booking with TQ Travel, you are fully aware of all contents and articles of the terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions in part or in its entirety without prior notice.

1. SPECIAL GROUPS RESERVATION POLICY
All tour programs on this website are available for private groups. Besides, we are pleased to consult and custom private tour itinerary on your request. Please contact the TQ Travel - Sales Department for prices. Minimum participants for private group should be at least 5-6 people, but the best is for groups request minimum 10 rooms (20 people).

RATES
All rates are quoted net non-commissionable (unless otherwise specially stated) in U.S. Dollars and included all taxes. Rates are subject to change without notice.

THE SPECIAL EVENTS AND HOLIDAY RATES
The rates are generable available with seasons duly noted. Bookings on such occasions of any special events or holidays, surcharge will be confirmed at time of booking.

BOOKING PROCEDURE
All requests send to Sales Department of TQ Travel at email: ops@tqtravelus.com. TQ Travel will reply within 24 hours.

CONFIRMATION
We will confirm with you within one to two business days only after you have paid for the tour package in full. If your purchase cannot be confirmed for any reason, we will fully refund your purchase without any additional charge.

PAYMENT
Your purchase will initiate a reservation process. Prepayment in full must be received more than 30 days before arrival and should be advised depends on the time of booking.

In order to maintain your account accurately, we would appreciate your ensuring that all payments are accompanied with the full details of payment. Any service fees charged by banks for processing wire transfers are the responsibility of the remitter. TERM AND CONDITION         
Deposit 60% for booking less than 60 days prior to arrival.      
Remain 40% balance payment due on 21 days prior to arrival.      
The confirmation will be automatically released without notice if full payment is not fulfilled.  
Any service fees charged by banks for processing wire transfers are the responsibility of the remitter.  
             
CANCELLATION          
Charge 50% of tour price, if cancellation is received less than 29-21 days prior to arrival.   
Charge 75% of tour price, if cancellation is received less than 20-14 days prior to arrival.   
Charge 90% of tour price, if cancellation is received less than 13-07 days prior to arrival.   
Completely non refundable for cancellation within 6 days prior to arrival.                 

ITINERARY AND AMENDMENT        
No significant changes to the itinerary will be allowed fewer than 21 days prior to arrival   
Reserve the right to adjust itinerary/quotation, due to traffic condition or reasonable extend of unforeseen. 
Reserve the right to imply additional surcharge due to the rising cost of fuel.    
Rooming list: 21 days prior to arrival.         
Free amendment of rooming list once and 14 days prior to arrival.     
Free amendment of meals arrangement in 14 days prior to arrival.      

REFUNDS
After receiving your request for cancellation, we will confirm with you within three business days. We will mail you the refund check within 15-20 business days after confirming your cancellation. The above-mentioned shall be applicable to tours only. When and how the refund can be made for airplane tickets, hotel and cruise lines shall be governed by the rules of relevant airline, hotel and cruise line companies. We will keep you informed the processing.
    

2. BUS TOUR RESERVATION POLICY
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
Before making reservation, it is your responsibility to read relevant information about your desired product including, but not limited to, the following: Pricing and its notice, Tour Itinerary, Package Includes, Package Excludes, Cancellation and Refund Policy, Terms and Conditions, Special Note, etc.. And you herein state that you have read and fully understood all the content and waive the right to dispute against any part of it after your purchase.

RESERVATION PROCEDURE
1. Within 24 hours after submitting your reservation, you will receive a Receipt of Reservation by email.
2. Upon receiving the Receipt of Reservation, please make payment to our company within two business days in accordance with the requirements detailed in the email.
3. After making payment, you will receive our Confirmation Email with all the detailed information for your tour, including departure time, itinerary, hotel confirmation, airport pick-up, etc.
4. Simply present the printed copy of the Confirmation Email to your tour guide on the departure day. Please remember that the Confirmation Email is your proof of purchase.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
TQ Travel bly recommends you to purchase insurance on medical, trip cancellation, and baggage, etc. We shall be exempt from any liability in the event of any accident rising from, but not limited to, loss or damage of properties, injury to people, death during trip, etc. Settlements will ensue in accordance with rules set by airlines, hotels, buses, etc. The company deems that all customers to our tours have stated themselves as being healthy for travel. Should they have any serious illness, no participation is accepted until being guaranteed by professional physicians as being fit for travel. Customers shall assume all responsibilities and shall not seek any litigation or compensation from the Company under any forms, should there be any accident during the tour. The company does not assume any legal liability.

RESERVATION AMENDMENTS AND CANCELLATION
Every effort will be made to ensure that tour itinerary be the same as planned. That said, in order to ensure your safety, we reserve the right to make amendments including altering, postponing and canceling tours due to weather, transportation, riot and other uncontrollable reasons under very rare and special circumstances. Furthermore, we also reserve the right to cancel the tours if the number of customers is inadequate to form a tour group. The additional fees arising from the postponement or cancellation of tours as a result of uncontrollable reasons shall be solely borne by the customers. The company does not offer any compensation. Should there be any injuries or loss of life to individual customers due to the above-mentioned reasons, the Company does not assume any legal liability.
In order to ensure the common interests of the parties concerned, should there be any customer impeding the normal activities of the tour group, the Company reserves the right to refuse the said customer to continue with the group and no refund or transfer shall be made for the unfinished part of the tour. As of the time of departure from the tour group, the act of the said customer shall have no relevance whatsoever with the Company. Should any customer, due to personal reasons, want to arrange his/her own transportation or leave the tour earlier while it is in progress, the Company will try its best to facilitate. That said, the Company is not liable for any failure in connecting with the pre-arranged programs due to transportation delays or others, or for direct or indirect expenses or loss of accommodation.

REGISTRATION
You can register for tours online, through emails, or directly contacting our Sales Department. Upon registration, please provide name of customer, gender, tour code, date of participation, number of days, your contact information, etc. The company will reply within 24 hours after receiving your online registration and will provide electronic confirmation letter within one to two business days.

PAYMENT METHOD
Please be aware that prices of all tour-related products are offered in the currency of United States Dollars. Credit card is accepted with an extra 3-4% service fees included. Payment can also be handed in directly or remitted to our company’s bank account.

All tours and prices on the website are for your reference only. They are subject to change due to holidays and other factors. Prices for all tour-related products shall be checked against the final quoted prices of our Sales Department by email.

PAYMENT REQUIREMENT
After receiving electronic reservation receipt, customers should make payment in full within two business days. Reservation takes effect upon the reception of payment by the Company.

CANCELLATION AND PENALTY 
Should customers wish to cancel tours due to any reasons, please contact us as soon as possible.  We will collect cancellation fees (i.e., penalty) and make refund according to the following rules:
(1) U.S. Continental tours

 Cancellation Made Within  Penalty
 30 days or more prior to Departure:   $50 administration fee/person, the balance of the tour price is refundable.
 15-29 days prior to Departure:  30% of tour price
 7-14 days prior to Departure:   50% of tour price
 4-6 days prior to Departure:  80% of tour price plus the 1st night accommodation fee
 3 days or fewer prior to Departure:  100% of tour price (i.e., No Refund)

For customers who cannot arrive on the departure date due to missing plane or train, the penalty will be 70% of tour price plus the 1st-night accommodation fee.
No Refund shall be given for any portions of the tour unused by the customer after departure of the tour.
If customers do not show up on the departure date (i.e., no show), it is deemed automatic waiver of the right to the tour.  No any refund shall be given.

(2) The cancellation and penalty for Hawaii and outbound tours from U.S. shall be governed by regulations of specific tours.

(3) Airplane Tickets
- Economy-class air tickets for U.S., Canada and Europe, once issued, cannot be refunded for any reasons. Any change of air-tickets shall be made according to the regulations of airline companies.
- Some of the special-fare air tickets, or discount tickets, for flights between China and U.S., cannot be refunded or transferred once they are issued.

(4) Cruise Line
Cancellation of cruise line reservation shall be settled in accordance with rules set by the cruise line companies.

(5) Hotel
 Cancellation Made Within  Cancellation Fee
 4-7 days prior to check-in date  $25 cancellation fee per room
 3 days or fewer prior to check-in date  The accommodation fee of the first night as cancellation fee

If customers do not appear on the check-in date (i.e., no show), it is deemed automatic waiver of the right to accommodation.  No any refund shall be given.
If customers decide to cut short the reservation after check-in, no refund shall be given for any unused portion of the original reservation.

All cancellations are subject to our examination and approval. We will process your cancellation/refund request as soon as possible. Please note that we will not acknowledge voice mail or phone call cancellation. Cancellation must be made in writing by fax or email.

Please provide the following information for cancellation: the invoice issued by our company, your confirmation number, the full name of the reservation-maker, email address, tour date, name of the tour, total amount of transaction, your telephone number and a short description of the reasons for cancellation (We need to know exactly why you are requesting a refund in order to evaluate your request). After receiving your request for cancellation, we will confirm with you within three business days. We will mail you the refund check within 15-20 business days after confirming your cancellation. The above-mentioned shall be applicable to tours only. When and how the refund can be made for airplane tickets and cruise lines shall be governed by the rules of relevant airline and cruise line companies.

PACKAGE INCLUDES
1. Hotel - Two customers share a two-bed standard room.  Single-occupancy should pay single supplement and should notify the Company upon registration.  The Company, in principle, uses hotels listed in the itinerary, should there be any special circumstances that the listed hotels become unavailable, the Company reserves the right to choose similar hotels instead. If three or four customers wish to share a standard room (i.e., a two-bed standard room) in order to enjoy the most affordable tour prices, the Company is not responsible for adding extra beds. The customers shall consult the hotels and bear all the extra costs.
2. Coach – The Company will arrange tour coaches according to actual conditions. All vehicles are luxury air-conditioned coaches with insurance.
3. Sight-seeing - The sight-seeing is subject to items listed in the tour itinerary. Experienced English-speaking Chinese tour guides will be provided. The Company reserves the right to change the itinerary due to weather, time, security and political issues, natural disasters and others.
4. Admission Fee of Scenic Spots - Admission Fees as specified in the itinerary.

PACKAGE EXCLUDES
1. All personal expenses, such as telephone calls, laundry, postage, luggage overweight, insurance fee and entertainment irrelevant with the tour group such as cable TV (movie) and music concerts, all beverages, alcohols, etc.
2. Meals expenses for lunch and dinner
3. Breakfast: Room rate or tour price does not include breakfast. Some hotels do offer a continental breakfast which is usually basic and contains coffee and pastries as complimentary, if not, you will pay breakfast by your own if you wish to have breakfast at hotel restaurant.
4. Tips for tour group leader, tour guide, driver, etc.
5. Passport and visa fees.
6. Additional expenses due to transportation delays, strikes, weather, political reason, war, riot, natural disaster and other uncontrollable factors shall all be borne by customers.
7. Optional tour items.
8. Others

MINIMUM PARTICIPATION TO BUS TOUR
There is no minimum participation requested on all Bus Tours.

LUGGAGE FOR BUS TOUR
Each passenger traveling on any tour program is allowed one piece of checked baggage per person due to space limitations. TQTravel cannot assume liability for damaged or lost luggage.


3. LEGAL STATEMENT
This Reservation Policy is deemed an agreement between customers and TQ Travel. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without reference to conflicts of law rules. As a condition of the use of TQ Travel and its service, the customer agrees to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Los Angeles, California. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent possible, and the other provisions contained herein will remain in full force and effect. The failure of TQ Travel to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of the Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.


4. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
All travelers are responsible for obtaining valid travel documents (Passport and Visa), complying with customs and regulations. TQ Travel is not responsibility for any visa fees or penalties that may be imposed by the United States government or any other government agency or entity. Travel to Mexico and Canada from the USA, and with plans to return for continuous vacation in the USA, requires a visa that allows multiple entrances.


5. FORCE MAJEURE CIRCUMSTANCES
Any failure to perform, delay, liability or damage shall be excused and TQTravel shall not be held responsible for the consequences of Acts of God, labor disputes, civil commotions, fire, weather conditions, theft, unavoidable accidents, war, terrorism, threatened acts of terrorism, acts of state or agencies thereof, or any other circumstances beyond the control of TQTravel. TQTravel shall not be liable should it be required to change an itinerary or individual booking, hotel accommodation or other services necessary for the safety and continuation of any tour or passenger or due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of TQTravel. TQTravel reserves the right to modify or change any published rate where changes or modifications have been made and are required by any entities beyond TQTravel’s ownership or control. TQTravel shall not be held responsible for any error, omission, or deletion of any material in the Tariff by TQTravel or any third party.


6. NOTICE
TQTravel does not manage, control or operate any transportation vehicle, hotel or any other supplier of services, and therefore assumes no responsibility and shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage, accident, delay or irregularity which may be caused through any detect in any vehicle or through the acts or omissions of any company or person engaged in supplying products or services. TQTravel recommends that all passengers be required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including medical and air evacuation prior to departure. TQTravel’s liability, should it be found responsible by a court of competent jurisdiction, is limited to a refund of services purchased through TQTravel. Complimentary services offered by some of the hotels may be discontinued at any time at the hotel’s discretion. TQTravel is not responsible for cancellation of such services.
